About Me
I was born in Taiwan, grew up in Singapore, lived in Austin, Texas, and have called the North Shore home since 1998. I am bilingual, fluent in both English and Chinese, and attended the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Computer Science and a minor in English Literature and Economics. Since immigrating to Canada, I have started a family and ran a successful business in West Vancouver’s Ambleside area.
After selling my business, I have been active in both the real estate market and the home renovation industry. That was when I realized that I could draw on my experience, skills and personable nature to help my clients achieve their real estate goals in a most efficient and pleasant manner.
My definition of success is not measured by sales but by the relationships I have built. My goal is to understand and respond to the unique and individual needs and desires of each and every client. I have the communication skills to negotiate effectively, the technical skills to make full use of all resources and the character traits that convey and uphold my professionalism.
